Where am I going with this? Well, as a YPG employee, I’m often told by people that they are tired of receiving the phone book since they never use it. In their opinion, it doesn’t make sense that it is still delivered every year…. it’s a waste of paper... nobody uses it anymore, and so on and so forth….see a pattern here?
